Now\, due to the pressures of reduced food\, habitat availability and disease\, largely brought by the introduction of the North American Grey Squirrels\, the UK Red Squirrel population has dramatically declined to 120\,000 individuals\, with only around 15\,000 Reds remaining in England.  \n\n\n\nBut there is hope!
